MSA

We implement MSA (Micro Services Architecture) that guarantees Availability and Scalability with auto-scaling without generating degradation in the service while high demands.

API

We publish an API (Application Programming Interface) JSON RESTUL that allows Interoperability between applications and services.

UI

We use a UI (User Interface) made in SPA (Single Page Application) to optimize the user experience by reducing network consumption and improving response time.

Alerts

State alerts of your network through e-mails and push notifications that will allow you to take strategic actions and to anticipate problems.

Audit

The system registers all the activities carried out in the system, in order to control the actions of its users, allowing the reconstruction of events.

Customized access

The access to the system is granular, with a great variety of predefined roles and profiles that allow to distinguish administrative users from operative ones.

IP Audit

It shows the assignment of the IP address in a historical and real-time way, in order to have a better control of its subscribers.

SLA Reports

The system provides SLA (Service Level Agreement) reports in which you can see the historical and real-time values to analyze the performance of your network.

Captive portal

It allows to send messages to their subscribers, whether they are news, maintenance notifications or non-payment, as well using a code provided by you, the subscriber can activate your services.

Geolocation

You will be able to visualize your network, your subscribers and claim alerts, where you can see and identify problems.

Graphics

For knowing the consumptions and values of your network devices, such as the use of each Upstream and Downstream channel, SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio), CER (Codeword Error Rate), MER (Modulation Error Ratio), among other values.

Anti-fraud

It is in charge of analyzing CMTS information and statistics in search of possible frauds in your network.

Multi-vendor support

A support for devices from multiple manufacturers (Huawei, ZTE, Zhone, Cisco, Motorola, Arris, Casa Systems, Calix) among other manufacturers.

Multi-technology support

Access technologies GPON, EPON, DOCSIS and Wireless.

Management of devices by SNMP and TR-069

Stock Control

You will be able to keep track of your in-warehouse devices, in-circulation, installed or in RMA. The system has minimum stock alerts, devices from RMA (Returned Material Authorization) and time-extended alerts in-circulation.

Tickets

A system that allows you to track the claims of your subscribers, it has alerts and escalations.
